I can’t stand how low profile the viper is, I got large hands and I need something to rest my palm on. It was way too small and cause some major finger cramps after extended use. The hump on the V3 death adder almost felt like the rival 310 which was perfect for me.

    • @ColeCaccamise

I hear there are many issues with the deathadder such ass muddy feeling clicks, jittery scroll, and overall short life span on a dozen reviews (amazon). But it looks SO comfortable. I use the Gpro superlight and it'd a solid mouse but I hate the ergonomics, it's just not for my hand, but have put up with it since it was supposed to be "the one" 😪

@@helixswitcherhoff9175 I didnt lol. I use claw. Biggest thing was the shape, little too big and ergo just isnt for me. Returned for an Lamzu Atlantis which is way better for claw. Still no rgb, great colorways, and solid build quality I actually prefer over the more expensive DAv3; Idk how they did it. The DAv3 is nicely textured but the felt surprisingly hollow and not as sturdy. The mouse buttons were clicker than Id personally like and also felt hollow. I suspect the mouse sounds and feels hollow bc it is, theres probably alot of empty space in that big shell. Def a contender if you like the ergo shape. less offensive flare than on the previous deathadders. $150 tho, Its expensive tho, I’m happier that the atlantis was only $90 and I was able to upgrade my mousepad to a lgg saturn with the extra money.

I just ordered the DV3 Pro as I had the Model D wireless... but both copies I got, tapping on the mouse pad would active either of my M1 or M2 and then both the DPI and side buttons just stopped working, like mapping anything to them would not register.... this was also all within just having them for maybe a week. Having to go back to my G703 until the DV3 comes in, the weight is so noticeable after using a 69g mouse LOL.
PS: The RGB thing was not just with your copy, both of mine had the same issue as well and I had to run the RGB at only 10% so conserve battery life which was honestly terrible as well on the mouse.

I currently have the model D wired version, but I’m planning on selling it and getting either the wireless version, or the razer deathadder v2 pro, or the hyper pulsefire haste 2 wireless. Do you have any recommendations? I like the shape of the model D and its weight, but I’d like a tougher build quality and wouldn’t mind having less rgb to save on battery life. @@deadshottii so im familiar with razer and glorious and i suffered with glorious build quality, yet i prefer glorious shape over the dav2 for the reason that i want an ergo mouse but not too small like mini mice from razer deathadder or too big like the deathadder old shape its kind of in between. so in that sense i'd recommend deathadder v3 wired or the new viper v3 (similar to dav3 but not ergo shaped)
now i'd never buy a glorious product again
just cuz of its build it broke and i fixed it more than i can count and its not made to last (creaks and flexing on side if u press hard enough) so yea i heard their newer models are improved but thats not something im willing to try

I'm in between the viper ultimate and the glorious model D which are the same price at the moment but am leaning towards the model D because I am used to the wired version and my hands are a bit large, however, if one has a longer lifetime than the other I would rather buy the one which lasts longer.
