When I travel I cut back on tech and clothing but I prefer to pack a well stocked first aid kit which most people who see it think it’s unnecessary til they ask for a band-aid.

You get two in a pack, one for each wrist! They were really useful when I was a child so hoping they are as good as an adult! Haha I am very prepared! Thank you :) Hope you guys are good!!
This is helpful. I carry almost everything that you mentioned in this video in a must-bring special meds bag whenever I went on a trip or going out of town for work. I have a grumpy stomach that would punish me mercilessly whenever I eat or drink something that it don't like. haha... being sick while travelling is a nightmare! Always best to prepare your own meds just in case. :D
I think I bought the actual first aid kit in the thumbnail in a pharmacy called Boots. I just make up my own though when I travel, and use a different bag as the one pictured is quite bulky :)

We used cohesive bandage to make sure plasters stay on vingers and stuff like that
