Very impressive ST too, 770bhp is mental! Had 2 Mk2 STs (first one bought new in ‘06) before getting my current Mk2 RS...

Here in Cape Town, South Africa, we have a 1050hp 800ft-lb Mk2 Focus ST. It's reliable too. I think that's the most powerful and possibly fastest Mk2

It’s owned by Steve and is certainly one of the most powerful... But is it the Fastest - that’s the question. The two don’t always correlate 🙌

Brilliant content again guys, was wetting myself at lee about the haggis 😂, I delt with with Si about 10 years ago or more when I had a fiesta rs turbo project guy knows his stuff! I stay 5mins from sitech and knockhill so hopefully next year maybe a wee BD and Sitech collab at “ford live” at knockhill would be awesome 🤘🏼, appreciate the effort into this vid for us 👏🏼, ps thanks for sorting out my coolant hoses Darren and Ben legends 🙌🏼.

Is the motor running different cams as well as the bigger valves?
Ported, polished, Newman camshafts, valve springs and oversized valves. Hope this helps and yes it was an awesome trip 🤩

BD Performance loved the video, a lot longer than your usual content which I liked, that’s one beast of a Car!! I really need to get my stage 4 intercooler fitted with new bigger hard pipes to freshen up all the boost pipes and make the car run cooler. As always looking forward to more content.

Nice vid guys on this very powerful mk2 ST. I have the 1036hp mk2 that runs a much smaller turbo than Grant. So I can imagine how fast this ST is. I don't use the mk2 much now as its under a cover along with my super low mileage mk1. I'm now playing with my mk3 which has been custom mapped so far too 439hp 478lbf. Next mapping will be done in a couple of weeks with a 5 nozzle methanol setup. So might see around 460hp. Keep up the good work guys. Love the vids.

Hi, are all these super powerful ST's running the good old M66 gearbox in standard form or are they modified.
Wow a long video gonna have to watch in parts, 5 kids means no quiet time not even in the loo 😁. I managed 27 minutes first go though 👍. Back on later to watch the rest. Great watch so far.

What is the point having all this power when it’s a front wheel drive and can’t put the power down I bet any money a 350hp focus st would out won this till it get traction on road but sound mental
There are many videos of circa 300bhp having off big power cars from a standing start. On a rolling start these do have the edge.
Any hugely powered car isn’t versatile however there was a method behind the madness here and if you watch the video fully you’ll understand the story.
This car is far better to drive than many of the others we’ve driven; it’s a testament to all involved.
Appreciate your comments and agree somewhat but drive one and find out just how much fun they can be!

@@BDPerformanceWrexham yes I do understand what u saying I bet this is not a standard engine at that power as they only good about 320 as they not as strong as the fiesta are I know there a fiesta st mk8 running just over 500hp with a 1600 block in it and in the video I saw a fiesta st with pumaspeed warp and it was up for sale yes I shall keep my eye out for later video love watching your videos well done 👍
