I received my coilovers about 4 days ago. Both my rear coilovers came in the box leaking fluid. They are not trying to replace them unless I pay a $68 shipping fee. That to me seems Ridiculous. I have been going back-and-forth with him on emails for four days now. They stated the only thing they can do is me pay for shipping and they will send dampers so I can replace the broke dampers that came with the brand new coil overs. For one I don’t believe I should have to pay shipping and for two I should not have to take their broken Merchandise apart and fix it myself. What do you think I should do about this situation, I am very frustrated right now with this company. I hope you can lead me in the right direction for this issue. I appreciate your Intel if you have any and always enjoy watching your videos. Thank you very much

Or I can take 45% off the cost that I payed and I can take them to a shop to have them fixed. Witch I will have to wait for shop to order dampers and receive them plus pay to get them installed and the 3rd option is I can pay $68 for a new set to be shipped. I think every option is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to pay for anything. They should send me new box of coilovers with a return label for there broken products that I received to be shipped back!
