What a gorgeous card. I first saw it on Instagram, and had to search you out, to see how you did it. So much work to do one card. The recipient will have to be very special to receive such a beautiful card. 💗💗💗

Just beautiful. Your work is absolutely gorgeous. Thank you for sharing. I’m an amateur watercolor painter and your instruction inspires me over and over again, especially since I’m an SU demonstrator as well. ❤❤❤

Masking is another great option for the bird to avoid overlapping the lines with the birdhouse, however, I intended to paint the tail and the lower part of the wing over with a dense consistency of turquoise and that would significantly “hide” or cover the lines. Hope this helps :)

May I ask? Why did you not make a mask for the bird and then stamp the birdhouse. You would not yhen the line in the bird. I was just wondering . Thank you , for sharing ❤️ 😊 🎉

Masking is a good approach or option to hide or "mask" certain lines of another image and avoid them overlapping, however in this project, I planned to color the bird's tail and part of its wing with a dense pigment of turquoise :)
