Just a brief suggestion. You should spend just as much time on the property it's self, as you do on the building. I'm drawn to viewing your listings because of the property, but yet you hardly ever cover them enough for me to want to look further into it. Again, I'm just asking as a perspective buyer. I'm subscribed to your channel because I enjoy your videos, but the land is why people want to buy a multi acre property.

+Edward VanVolkinburg - We do get wind. We do get all 4 seasons, but nothing too severe. No crazy weather --- and BTW, according to Weather.com - every state in the nation has had a tornado.. Interesting. I would check out Weather.com to show Averages and Records --- 40 degrees daytime in January, 28 at night. Summer is 80 during the day, 60 at night. We love the weather here. You get a taste of winter, but we are in shorts right now - around Christmas. January and Feb will be cooler for sure, but people are ready to plant gardens here late Feb, early March most years.

What I don't understand is the video is great but why not state the price so people will know if they can afford it or not...to sit through the video and then not to give the asking price is ridiculous. I'm sure you have many more properties to show, but not worth watching if there is no price given.
The house is good looking but to many Warm colors . And that stone fasad outside on the house. Was ugly it need to be removed and color of Roof need to be change to black or blue .
The driveup need white Wood fence leading up to the house and more bushes😁
