I can relate to the feeling of trying to do something productive and all the powers that be are fighting against you. Good on you for enduring to deliver your message.

Folic acid (b12) and zinc may help you a bit with the tinnitus issue and neuronal inflammation, i would stop drinkin alchohol, possibly coffee, and smoking herb if you do that also, it never helped me when i went through psychosis, it just put more load on my serotonin receptors. Alchohol might make you feel better temporarily but it also inhibits cruitial vitamin absorption like b12 and zinc which will lower your immune system in the long run causing alot more damage than necessary. If you decide to take supplements make sure arent mixing them with anything that could interact with them or taking too much at once, also when to you decide to stop taking them make sure you taper off them before stopping. Magnesium supplementation also helps with neuro inflammation and can help the gut especially combined with a low calorie diet which will reduce inflammation caused by visceral fat and help with blood sugar and blood pressure levels. I'm also thankful for your post about dmt and tinnitus it's made me more aware of the possible consequences that come along with it and I've since decided not to indulge in it.

I forgot to mention another supplement called NAC which seems to have promising potential at treating Tinnitus caused from audio and ototoxicity from medications, I use it for heavy metal chelation and to help with quitting cigs and notice an improvement in cognition the only downsides are it can lower zinc levels and cause histamine intolerance in some individuals apparently, doses are kind of hard to evaluate because of it's potency but I actually like using it, it gives me energy and keeps me clear headed for the most part. Some nac supplements contain zinc also to fortify them a bit. You could also try and get bloodwork or hair follicle analysis for vitamins/mineral deficiencies or heavy metal toxicity that way you have a good idea of what treatment would work best.
