@@edwin5091 similar to what anthony replied (and also what I said in the video) try a lower depth if you feel like you are giving up too much space and through balls to see if that helps!

How do you dribble so cleanly in the box? Is it only left stick or do you hold l1 or r1 or anything?

left stick in the box make sure u are not sprinting. I personally have never used l2 and r2 to dribble as the other guy commented just to be clear!

How to defend is a big problem my defend keep moving forward
what formation are you in? are you dragging out players out of position? playing super high depth? pressing?

@@edwin5091 put both defenfers on defender, otherwise they will call offside by themselves and move forward
Drop depth down to 60 or below ^ if you are playing a high depth you need to be abusing offside trap
