Gloria in excelsis Deo. (Glory to God in the highest.)
And on earth peace, to all people of goodwill.
We praise thee, we bless thee,
we adore thee, we glorify thee.
We give thanks to thee for thy great glory.
Et in terra pax (And in earth peace)
hominibus bonae voluntatis (to men of good will)
    Laudamus te (We praise thee)
    Benedicimus te (We bless thee)
    Adoramus te (We worship thee)
    Glorificamus te (We glorify thee)
Gratias agimus tibi (We give thanks to thee)
propter magnam gloriam tuam (for thy great glory)
Brethren we have met to worship and adore the Lord our God.
Will you pray with all your power while we try to preach the word?
    All is vain unless the Spirit of the Holy One comes down;
Brethren pray and holy manna will be showered all around.
    Domine Deus, (O Lord God,)
    rex caelestis. (heavenly king.)
Deus Pater omnipotens. (God the Father Almighty.)
Domine Fili unigenite, Jesu Christe. (O Lord, the only begotten son Jesus Christ.)
Domine Deus, Agnus Dei (Lord God, Lamb of God)
Domine Deus, Filius Patris, (Lord God, Son of the Father,)
miserere nobis. (have mercy on us.)
Quoniam tu solus Sanctus (For thou only art holy)
Dominus, Altissimus, Jesu Christe, (Lord, most high, Jesus Christ,)
