A great great rendition of this Christmas hymn John. I must admit that I listen to this at any time of the year, it's so moving. I play this every Christmas Eve for the children's mass at the church in the town where I live. But my playing is nothing like this :) however I love listening to such gifted organists.

I wished I could play as well as John,...especially on that big four manual Allen organ!
Correction - Allen playback machine. This is comprised of a memory full of recorded atops from real pipe organs, repitched to be in perfect tune and then programmed to replay those sound as if it were a real organ with speaking pipes. It's a "Fake Organ" something similar to "Fake News"
there is not much to dislike about your playing...bravo!...keep up the good work...Your variations are worthy of the original composer
Nicely done, John. Very clever variations. Now - practice using ALL the pistons instead of just the generals. How about some of the really big Symphonic pieces from the French Masters. This theater organ should be able to handle pieces like that and Trinity has fair acoustics to suit.
Did this church not remove an irreplaceable Aeolian Skinner pipe organ and replace it with this digital thing? Or did they? Bravo to the organist for a very fine performance, but as for the organ.....
