Halesowen North Remembers at Shell Corner 08/11/2024

Shell Corner is situated at the junction of Long Lane and Nimmings Rd, Halesowen, West Midlands.
On 8th November 2024, over 100 Halesowen residents gathered at The Shell for this year's annual remembrance event. The committee welcomed the Deputy Lieutenant, local MP, veterans, Councillors Bills and Henley along with local businesses and residents, all coming together to listen and share stories.
Since its inception in 2018, this event has grown in significance, each year seeing increased attendance and participation. It has truly become a key date on the local calendar, symbolising their commitment to remembering and honouring their heroes. The Shell, located at Shell Corner, stands as a dedicated space for reflection and remembrance, highlighting the community's deep-rooted heritage.
Stuart Henley extended a heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and assisted in making this event a resounding success.
