Has anyone else noticed that back in the like 2008 - 2014 ( I think ) when Xbox was partnered with COD the only thing we got early was DLC and now they literally have updates that go out early for a certain platform, like wtf

Ballistic Knife isn't coming till the second half of the operation. There's only 50 tiers for now. Also the smoke grenade can highlight enemies within it, but ONLY when you play as Spectre.
So, would someone kindly explain to me why they would put a melee special having operator in the game, but not give him ANY type of incoming damage reduction while he's ulting? I mean, a teleporting dodge, extra armor, anything's better than what they've done.

I loved Specter in BO3 because he allowed me to still use my regular gun and when I need to use my blade, I can lunge and take out the whole team.
