I didnt expect that one car i sold to my buddy to end up causing a small forest fire either. Those morons just decided that they need to destroy that old opel kadet by placing a brick on gaspedal and let it rev against a tree. What i pieced together from that story was that it lasted bit longer than they expected and tires started to smoke quite badly on rocky ground and suddenly flames came up from under of a car and it took just couple seconds to whole circus to be in fire while still reving like no tomorrow. And because they didnt expect that they didnt have anykind of way to extinquish that fire. So they did second best thing. Ran like hell to opposite direction and did anonymous call to 112 whitout simcard and told that there is most likely somekind of campfire speading out. Firedepartment got there just in time when fire was already spreading from that burning car. I still dont get how i didnt get anykind of questions from officials because on registry i was last owner of that car. It was taken out of road use years ago but still. Damn i was pissed when i heard about that case much later it happened. I even heard those sirens from firedepartment on that day and wonreder what is burning and where.

It was probably 60 years old anyway. I had a big trailer that used to be used for hauling heavy equipment that was long gone and never going to be restored. We torched the axles and suspension off of it and dropped it in place. Thats the bridge to my house now.
That rusty trailer never stood a chance! Even if it didn’t float down a river it woulda rusted out… but the funny thing is Tyler’s bridge took less time to build too

i like the idea of using a trailer for a bridge in theory. it seems like an easy way to get a sturdy bridge up. but the execution was...lacking. i'm all in for a "we build a real bridge" series.

You can get a receiver hitch mount for winches, paired with a marine battery I've successfully pulled a 1500 on 35's that was sunk to the frame for a couple hours. It had enough power to start dragging an F150 that was anchored by two Jeep's as well. Got the job done, though. You get your truck back there, put it in back hitch, and anchor to a tree, there's no doubt in my mind it'd come right back out. Plus with two winches, you can make anything into a hammock....
