  • Being able to control the puck in tight or extended from our body can be very useful. Try to move the puck in front of your body quickly before swinging around 2 pucks where you will have to move your body higher or lower on your stick.
    Tip: After you master having the pucks in front of you try to move to the side of the pucks on your forehand and back hand sides to work on moving puck in tight or away from our body.
