Agreed. Their reunion album topped the Temptations ‘Temptions Reunion’ and the Jacksons ‘Victory’ reunion albums in my opinion.

The album was a massive hit. The tour was a flop because of the issues they had with each other and the money that was being divided

Anyone who gets to see these guys together (I'm talkin all 6) is lucky. I've been a new edition fan since I was 11 and I'm 30 now. I didn't even know all the individual acts were the parts that made new edition lol. When I was comin up, it was Bobby Brown, Ralph Tresvant, Johnny Gill, and BBD. Now together they're not a surgical precision harmony group like Boyz II Men or a church tight soul harmony like Dru Hill or Jodeci but damn they are so classic I got nothing but luv for them every day til the end!

I love New Edition. Man, I love this song. Probably my favorite song from the album next to "I'm Still In Love With You". Home Again has (In my opinion) some of Bobby's greatest vocal work throughout his ENTIRE career. Yes, I'm guilty, Bobby is my favorite and always has been of the 6. I wish he didn't get into drugs and become a chain smoker though. He would have been such a more healthy performer with a more intact voice. Guess I can't complain though. His voice is still more intact than most people who smoke like he does. I don't know about yall, but I wish they'd do more of the stuff like the record like where they do the "oooo's" where they're supposed to be. Looks so half-assed unless someone sings a solo. haha. But yeah, love NE. On record they're amazing.

Ralph tresvant is NE. just as long as he's there on the stage NE he's making sure everything straight. if a couple of them having issues sit out the show cuz Rizzo will make sure the performance is on point and this concert was good also they were tired and still pulled it off. I've been a NE fan since I was in the 6th grade back when Candy Girl first came out. My parents bought me the LP for Christmas. I saw them in concert when I was in the 9th grade when Bobby first left/got kicked out of the group. I've ALWAYS been a fan. Each of these guys have a special something that they bring to the group. I've also been a Johnny Gill fan since the Stacey Lattisaw duets and Half Crazy. JG is NO slouch on the mic and has the best voice and range of them all. But together as NE, they are great. Their music began to mature when JG joined the group. He's had that grown up voice since he was 14! Ricky has that smooth voice that adds to the glue of the group. We all know that Mike and Ronnie are basically the rappers of the group, but add their flavor as well. They each have a great role to play. The healthier Bobby gets, the better he'll sound. I can't wait until they tour again. I would love to see them again!

My love for NE is so big. So great to see the guys together.
True live singers don't stick to a script. They always deviate from the record or CD. If I wanted to hear the recorded version, I stay home, but if I want to see a performance, I buy a ticket to a show. Johnny has to be true to himself and this is just the way he sings live, period.
But the reality is that even in live performance,every last deviation from the original is rehearsed down to the last note. I've seen the behind the scenes of stage performance and tour preparations, and even though they change the musical arrangements, it is definitely rehearsed beforehand, with all the different options of where they may take the song, so that everyone from the band to background knows what cue to take to follow the vocalists' lead and not have a train wreck or run too far over allotted time.

It's like people forgot the "bobby" album when he killed it vocally. Or songs like something in common which in my own opinion he sung his parts better than Whitney. Bobby got it all and people can't take it and that's how you know he is a legend.
