I wanted to wait until I FINALLY WATCHED THE DANG EPISODE, to hear this song.
And... holy crap. You've done awesome. Best song in season 4 (cuz Luna sings :P), and an even better remix.
On the good side: beautifully orchestrated, and I think that this really shows your signs of improvement!
The-slightly-negative-criticism: I guess I have a problem where if it doesn't have some epic part where it cuts out for a second and then comes back in, all notes a-blazin, that it's not quite perfect. Then again... the song seemed to be lacking an element in the epic department. For some reason, I remember feeling a bit more moved during the original song, and that's saying something for a guy who doesn't exactly appreciate arias.
Don't listen to half of what my comment says. It's midnight for me, and I don't think I should be critiquing epicosity with an unclear mind XD.
Yes, this is one of my favourite songs of season 4, not only because Luna sings. I prefer Cadance voice in the song^^
To your criticism: Firstly, Thanks again! This cover isn't perfect, it's lacking a lot of elements. I made it in one run (normally I need days for one song) and wanted to be one of the first musicians to make a remix out of it :P So your critcism is eligible^^ Which part do you mean where it "cuts out"?
Well, you know how in the middle of "Letting Go" it's [nearly] silent for a second or two, and then comes back in all epic-like? Kinda like that.
Cadence's voice was nice, but, as always, my opinion is biased :P.
For doing it one run though, it's pretty good.

There is no phrase with "Letting go" in the lyrics but I found what you mean. If I watch out for this then it's noticeable, but if you don't try to listen to this "gap" you don't really hear this^^
