Looks yummy! I made something very similar last week. I didn’t really measure anything, but here are the ingredients: dried pinto beans, dried great northern beans, chopped bell pepper and onion, Rotel tomatoes, sliced summer sausage, and one can of creamed corn. I cooked it in the crockpot on high for about 7 hours. I added the corn about the last 30 minutes and turned it down to low. I also served it with Jiffy corn muffins! It was delicious. @@rebekahlondon1571 chili. Even pot roast. It makes the more tender with pot roast and stew to serve over rice. It extends it. And the juice from the stew or pot roast flavor the rice.
