This video is a little deceptive in how they talk about the Illit information. The court hasn't come to any final decision yet on anything in regards to this case. The only thing that happened in this court hearing was both sides providing what their stance is and what they will argue going forward. The judge requested further evidence be submitted to back Belift's assertion that Illit lost ad deals, along with asking for evidence on a lot of other things presented by both sides. MHJ alone handed over 1,000 pages of evidence. The next hearing will be in March and primarily focus on the choreography plagiarism accusations. As to why the radio show had New Jeans on, when MHJ did her big first press conference back when this all kicked off, they were the only program she appeared on and did an interview for. Which leads me to assume MHJ has some form of relationship with somebody at that radio show. It's also a Christian program so isn't one that typically has on kpop artists, which could explain why they don't care very much about potentially losing business from HYBE/ADOR/the kpop industry.
