If I recall, this was the second _Toonerville Trolley_ short I saw after the eponymous one where the Skipper has to catch the morning train and comes face-to-face with a bull at the end. This is my top favorite out of the three.
I love these Toonerville Trolley cartoons! The conductor reminds me of Farmer Al Falfa. The things that happen to this poor guy are so crazy. He's so cranky but you end up feeling sorry for him by the end of the cartoon. Glad it's not me!
After "A Picnic Panic" there's this cartoon "Trolley Ahoy" and to follow "Parrotville Fire Department" in the video titled "Toonerville Cartoon Parade Hour"

I remember having a DVD and it had this cartoon along with woody wood pecker and gummi (I think that’s how it’s spelled) this is so nostalgic 🤧
Sameee also there were episodes w this girl called Lucy n there was a scene w her eating a lollipop n her uncle telling her to collect eggs
