- My experience with the Fender Nohea Ukulele
This video compares the Fender Nohea Tenor ukulele which I received two weeks ago to the Kala KA-SMHT tenor ukulele that I kept for a few weeks and then returned.
Once you go Fender, it never gets better.
Junk stuff haha.
I would go Martin nothing can sound better.
@@kawikadee9670 I have on old Fender and and old Martin guitar. Really like both.
@@bearron Oh yeah for guitars both but for ukuleles I love my Martin.
@@kawikadee9670 I have a Cordoba Ukulele that sounds great. But I was looking at a Fender. I’ll pass on that now. Thanks
I actually think, that fender should stay on guitars, because for less money you can buy a kala, or a luna and get the same or even better sound.
Also i dont like the head stock 😂
I've tried two Kalas in addition to this Fender, which I returned. The Kalas have better parts / features / cases for the money. I also appreciate the sound that I hear in the room better on the Kalas. The Fender sounds a bit more "plastic". However the nuts on both Kalas were too high, making open chords more annoying, whereas the Fender's nut was perfect. I also have recordings of all 3, and in a track, as a rhythm instrument, the Fender is actually the clear winner. The Kalas make better "lead" instruments though. Since I do a lot of recording, and most often use the uke for rhythm, I do regret sending the Fender back, actually :-(
I don't like the keys.
