As usual very enjoyable video. Love your little companion who was watching you when planting. I lost my last cat August 2022. She had kidney disease. Her name was Jessi, she was 16 yrs old. I previously lost 4 beautiful tuxedo cats, from same family since June 2020. I miss them all so much. This is the first time since 1986 that I have not had cats.
The food looks gorgeous! We will have fried rice with peppers, peas, garlic, ginger, spring onion and some shrimps tonight, looking forward to that. Still a lot of snow but we get warmer and warmer temperatures and there is almost no snow left on our road now. Still two month before I can plant in ground, but all of my tomatoes has now been transplanted for the second time and today I will cut the chilis and peppers, maybe sow a little more flower seeds - there can never be to many flowers, right?! When in the capitol a bought a blue sweet potato and it has already a lot of slips growing our, I also found fresh galangal which also seems to starting to sprout. The ginger is slow but one piece looks promising and my turmeric has several sprouts, fingers crossed that they all will thrive! One easily loose inspiration and energy this time of year around here so I am grateful to have your and other peoples videos as inspiration and energizer! Thank you for that! 🥰
Where I live, tofu is very expensive or not available at all. I boil beans and roughly mash them to use as a substitute. For example... ...I combine the mashed beans with shredded vegetables and either rice flour or boiled rice. I adjust the moisture until I can form patties, and then I fry these on an oiled pan. I think this is very similar to the Korean term "jeon." I'm sorry I can't make the Korean character for that. 😁❤️

천리향도 한번 심어 보셔요. 향이 천리까지 날아간다는, 그기가 지역이 어디인지 모르겠지만, 삼남 이남에서는 잘 피던데
아쉽게도 여간 천리향이 월동이 안되네요.
