Its not like that doctor or IIT guy has higher abilities, they just hard worked more in intermediate studies (12th standards) to get seat… but, arts subjects guys have more IQ and abilities too, It depends on how was their schooling(ability to understand concepts while reading subjects in the English) and supporting environment (family support and free of financial thoughts) around him and finally how one has rigid practise and strong determination around clock towards civils make them triumphant. Luck is secondary to hardworking.
