Producing multiple copies of DNA by the enzymatic catalytic reaction is known as DNA amplification..in the case of PCR reaction we know the enzyme will be taq DNA polymerase and also we need other ingredients like PCR reaction buffer, dNTPs and nuclease-free water and importatntly the template DNA which we want multiple copies of DNA.
