Thomas is the most underrated assassin in the entire franchise, guy single-handedly made the entire Templar order go underground for how hard they were beaten

love how altair just dances around his enemies; appearing and disappearing at will like the angel of death he is. thomas de carnellion is very fluid and speedy much like the french brotherhood and this was a very lovely take on both characters

I really enjoy that the way of these characters to make a stealthy approach is like part of their personality, so they do it in different and unique ways, simply amazing
That's exactly how I get the gameplay. I have to put myself in their mind. It takes a while to visualise a path for them but it's worth it:)
I love how well done Altaïr is! Hiding in plain sight, playing with his enemies minds... Although I think my favourite detail was the last smoke bomb: provides an opening to kill the brute, clearing the scape route. Only then he strikes the target. Brilliantly done, mate ❤

I'm only just realizing how TERRIFYING an assassin Altair would have been with more modern equipment. Two hidden blades, sparklers and smoke bombs, wrist mounted crossbows... This man could have single-handedly put an end to the Templar Order permanently.

The gameplay and the engine of Unity is a must for later games from this franchise, though the story is such a mess but still made the gamer feel a assassin vibe. I don't know why Ubisoft stubborn to bring RPG mechanic for the recently released, even the Mirage using RPG engine from Valhalla but heavilly modded for stealth gameplay made it worser. All they to do is copy paste, empty open world, boring main quest, side quest, awkward assassinate animation...
No hope for AC Shadow
