- Prince Harry’s US visa application has been handed over to a federal judge.
It comes after US President Joe Biden’s administration lawyers confirmed they had complied with a court order.
The legal stoush comes after a lawsuit was brought against the Duke of Sussex by The Heritage Foundation.
The foundation claims Prince Harry lied about his admitted drug use to gain entry into the US.
Judge Carl Nichols will review the documents privately and decide whether or not they should be made public.
#5 is a guest in the US. When you are a guest in someone's home you follow their rules otherwise you are told to leave. Rightfully so.

The only "public interest" that exists in the US and that merits spending our tax dollars is not related to Harry's visa but to how Melania Trump entered our country with a "Genius Visa" and why she was able to bring her parents into the US when her husband, then in the White House, opposed granting "family reunification" visas to relatives of US citizens. People wait years and spend thousands of dollars on lawyers and paperwork to get their visas and many are rejected or told to start over if they make a mistake on their paperwork. I'm sure Harry will get special treatment, not everyone gets to have their items expedited to be seen in front of a judge 😡
