This offer could be extended to include another Stadium in Fes. On paper, Morocco will need only to build 2 new stadiums, one of which is already planned (Grand Stade de Casablanca) in 2023, and the other will be a legacy-type stadium with a capacity of 45.000 (which will be scaled down to 20.000 after the WC). All the above cities are either already linked, or will soon be linked by High Speed trans, highways, and regional flights. Morocco wasnt ready to host 48 Teams on its own. Hell, even 32 would have been too much, but to take on 4 groups, that's very doable with manageable investments

Not really sahara is limited in terms of infustracture and activities , if they chose to build the stadiums in the desert it should be along with hotels , airports , trains and so much more so it will be costly and time consuming so they probably will build them in the North near Spain

All of the Moroccan stadiums gonna undergo major renovations starting with building more seats on the running tracks and covering all the stadiums !! Morocco is planning to extend its current Tramway lines in Casablanca and Rabat and to build new ones in the other cities to connect all the stadiums to cities' downtowns too !!!
@@hotlinegraal8272 they will remove the tracks, the discussion has started in Morocco few years ago about removing tracks from all football stadiums, they willl remove it from Tangier, Rabat, Fes and Marrakech stadiums. Agadir stadium will still have it for Athletic/Olympic events but it will be hidden by movable seats. The new Casablanca stadium won't have the track.

Islam was the original Religion descended to earth from heaven with Adam and Eve (peace and blessing be upon them) in the beginning of humanity. and was passed to people with the succession of the 124 000 prophets and 315 messengers of God to all nations and civilizations since, passing by Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ismaël, Joseph, Moses, Aaron, Joshua, David, Solomon and Jesus (Peace and blessing be upon them) during the history of mankind, the last replaces and completes the previous, until the succession of the last messenger of God fourteen centuries ago, Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him) to complete the noble morals of all mankind, to bring humans and jinns out of darkness into light, and to purify people's religion and belief from corruption and polytheism, and return it to purity and true monotheism, like it was in the times of the prophets (Peace and blessing be upon them). Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI). Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy. Allah said in Surah Al-Ikhlas : In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful. Say, “He is God, the One. God, the Absolute. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” (1-4 / Translated by ITANI). Allah said in Surah An-Nisa : O FOLLOWERS of the Gospel! Do not overstep the bounds [of truth] in your religious beliefs, and do not say of God anything but the truth. The Christ Jesus, son of Mary, was but God's Apostle - [the fulfilment of] His promise which He had conveyed unto Mary - and a soul created by Him. Believe, then, in God and His apostles, and do not say, "[God is] a trinity". Desist [from this assertion] for your own good. God is but One God; utterly remote is He, in His glory, from having a son: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth; and none is as worthy of trust as God. Never did the Christ feel too proud to be God's servant, nor do the angels who are near unto Him. And those who feel too proud to serve Him and glory in their arrogance [should know that on Judgment Day] He will gather them all unto Himself: (171-172 / Translated by Muhammad Asad). Allah the Most Merciful said in Surah Ali-Imran : Behold, the only [true] religion in the sight of God is [man's] self-surrender unto Him; and those who were vouchsafed revelation aforetime took, out of mutual jealousy, to divergent views [on this point] only after knowledge [thereof] had come unto them. But as for him who denies the truth of God's messages - behold, God is swift in reckoning! Thus, [O Prophet,] if they argue with thee, say, "I have surrendered my whole being unto God, and [so have] all who follow me!" - and ask those who have been vouchsafed revelation aforetime, as well as all unlettered people, "Have you [too] surrendered yourselves unto Him?" And if they surrender themselves unto Him, they are on the right path; but if they turn away - behold, thy duty is no more than to deliver the message: for God sees all that is in [the hearts of] His creatures. Verily, as for those who deny the truth of God's messages, and slay the prophets against all right, and slay people who enjoin equity - announce unto them a grievous chastisement. Morocco deserve it, the have bid so many times, was close in 2010 but was cheated. I think this idea is great with the 3 countries together, they have a great and long history together and I think it would be great with a world cup with host countries that has different cultures, you can watch one game in Europe and another in Africa. This is the strongest bid in my opinion. South America has a lot of history and it would be nice to see the WC back in Uruguay for its 100th anniversary but unfortunately their stadiums are very old and the clubs and cities don't have enough money to sustain a World Cup.
River Plate has modernized its stadium and is now the biggest stadium in South America. La Bombonera is dilapitated, so they have to renovate or build a new one anyway. Penarol Montevideo has opened its new stadium only in 2016. Nacional Montevideo has made some renovations of their stadium in last years and has plans to expand it further. Argentina has many big stadiums (capacity over 40.000), where some of them would only need renovations. They doesn't have to be ultramodern stadiums. If Brazil could host the olympics, Argentina/Uruguay/Paraguay/Chile can host a world cup. Spain would not even need Portugal and Morocco, because they will have enough modern and big stadiums in 2030.
@@BB-sl2so It's not just about the stadiums. Think about public transportation and hotels. Fifa requires each host city a certain amount of 4 star and 5 star hotels. Once the world cup is over then what? These places will not be used anymore. A lot of buildings and stadiums Brazil built for the WC and the Olympics are abandoned and they were a huge financial disaster for Brazil. A lot of these cities also don't attract that many tourists aside from Buenos Aires, Santiago, Montevideo, or Asunción.

Brazil has build stadiums for the world cup in cities like Manaus where no big club played. Most of the improvements to Morocco's stadium depend on getting the bid for the World Cup. But I really dislike stadiums with running tracks as they keep the crowds far away from the action. Almost all of Morocco's stadiums even the new one seem to have that and who wants to be that far away. Why even pretend to host a final in such a stadium.

This looks really great it will for sure cost much money but also make the infrastructure better in all 3 countries spain and portugal will be making more train routes to make the transport faster and they will also be obligated to build more hotels near the staduims. i hope that they will make an under sea tunnel from spain to ceuta like uk and france. it's only about 14km so it's really do-able. i think the biggest winner from this world cup will be morocco since they will be reparing all of their staduims, make new train routes that connect big cities (hopefully with the burak train)

I feel this bid makes the most sense, as the distances are relatively compact. The Saudi-Egyptian-Greek bid seems very constructed and the South American bid would include almost half the continent and distances would be huge.

If the bid wins, as a portuguese, my realistic predictions are: -SPAIN: Camp Nou will hold the opening and one of the semi-finals, Casablanca or another morrocan stadium will host the other semi-final; -SPAIN: Madrid will most likely host the final with the Bernabéu; -PORTUGAL: Into the knock-outs, Luz and Dragão will hold 2 of the Round of 16 matches (sorry Sporting fans but i think Alvalade will only host Group Stage matches, also WC Round of 16 matches is still free to use 40k minimum capacity stadiums and 1 in Lisbon - Luz, the bigger one - and 1 in Porto would be the most logical planning); -PORTUGAL: Luz, again, will host 1 of the Quarter-Finals matches (Luz is the only stadium in Portugal with more of a 60k+ capacity, and WC quarter-finals requirements dictate, at this moment in time, a 60k minimum capacity for stadiums to host it); -MOROCCO: I dont think they will hold that many stadiums, it will be a more Spain focused World Cup (to the sadness of the insufferable moroccan fans online), but seeing Morocco hosting the 3º Place match wouldn't be a surprise; i would honestly be very happy with this. Transportation development with Spain is needed and this would give them a boost ! There is plans under-way to modernize portuguese stations and to add high-speed rails from Lisbon-Porto, Porto-Vigo, Lisbon-Madrid and other connections

Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy.

Not really sahara is limited in terms of infustracture and activities , if they chose to build the stadiums in the desert it should be along with hotels , airports , trains and so much more so it will be costly and time consuming so they probably will build them in the North near Spain

Many Religions that we know nowadays, at their beginning were true and under Islam, initiated by one of the prophets of God, but their original teachings, history and scriptures have been corrupted over time with falsification and polytheism, or lost and replaced with false ones. That's why Islam is the only Religion accepted by God nowadays, which consists in bearing witness that there is no god besides Allah (God in Aramaic, the original language of Jesus and the Gospel), and that Muhammad is His servant and messenger, just like Jesus and Moses and others are His servants and messengers. Never a messenger of God said he was God or literally son of God, it was the people after him who changed the words of God and corrupted the Religion. God is unique and absolute, He does not need to have a family and sons or to associate anyone else with His kingdom, He can simply create whatever He wants, everything belongs to Him, and to Him everything will return. Allah said in Surah Al-Mu’minun : “God has never begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Otherwise, each god would have taken away what it has created, and some of them would have gained supremacy over others. Glory be to God, far beyond what they describe. The Knower of the hidden and the manifest. He is exalted, far above what they associate. (91-92 / Translated by ITANI).
Allah means the one and only God, the God of all prophets and creatures, the creator of the universe and mankind, and the Master of the Day of judgment, where our destiny, Hell or Paradise, is decided based on our faith and deeds in this trial life, and above all, Allah's mercy.

La Bombonera is dilapitated, so they have to renovate or build a new one anyway.
Penarol Montevideo has opened its new stadium only in 2016.
Nacional Montevideo has made some renovations of their stadium in last years and has plans to expand it further.
Argentina has many big stadiums (capacity over 40.000), where some of them would only need renovations. They doesn't have to be ultramodern stadiums.
If Brazil could host the olympics, Argentina/Uruguay/Paraguay/Chile can host a world cup.
Spain would not even need Portugal and Morocco, because they will have enough modern and big stadiums in 2030.

Once the world cup is over then what? These places will not be used anymore. A lot of buildings and stadiums Brazil built for the WC and the Olympics are abandoned and they were a huge financial disaster for Brazil. A lot of these cities also don't attract that many tourists aside from Buenos Aires, Santiago, Montevideo, or Asunción.

First, in contrast to Brazil the stadiums in Argentina are going to be used for league teams after the world cup. Brazil has build stadiums for the world cup in cities like Manaus where no big club played. Or built a massive swimming arena only for olympics, where it was clear before that nobody is going to use it afterwards. Thats why I am said renovating existing stadiums (from bigger clubs). So these stadiums will be cheaper then brand new ones and are also be used after the world cup. It is a world cup and not olympics, football is by far the most popular sport in Argentina.
Secondly, after a quick google search, for example, there are at least two 5 star hotels in Rosario. Or about 20 in Buenos Aires, where about three or four world cup stadiums would be located.

Most of the improvements to Morocco's stadium depend on getting the bid for the World Cup. But I really dislike stadiums with running tracks as they keep the crowds far away from the action. Almost all of Morocco's stadiums even the new one seem to have that and who wants to be that far away. Why even pretend to host a final in such a stadium.
They will be cancelled, the FRMF declared, and grand stade Casa will not have it 100%

This looks really great it will for sure cost much money but also make the infrastructure better in all 3 countries spain and portugal will be making more train routes to make the transport faster and they will also be obligated to build more hotels near the staduims. i hope that they will make an under sea tunnel from spain to ceuta like uk and france. it's only about 14km so it's really do-able. i think the biggest winner from this world cup will be morocco since they will be reparing all of their staduims, make new train routes that connect big cities (hopefully with the burak train)

I have mentioned before to friends how Madeira and Las Canarias deserve some games, especially as homage to Ronaldo's birth island but also to commemorate shared history of the Guanches and Native North Africans and Iberians. It would be my dream to see some ferries used as transport as well.

@@o.a-b7212As a madeirian myself I love the ideia but the truth is we don’t have a big stadium to host such a big event like the WC, the biggest existing is from Marítimo and it doesn’t even hold to near 15k capacity so that’s a write off there, and don’t think the government would even think about building a bigger one.
I feel this bid makes the most sense, as the distances are relatively compact. The Saudi-Egyptian-Greek bid seems very constructed and the South American bid would include almost half the continent and distances would be huge.
I reckon distance shouldn't be a problem for the South American bid since all countries are neighbours

If the bid wins, as a portuguese, my realistic predictions are:
-SPAIN: Camp Nou will hold the opening and one of the semi-finals, Casablanca or another morrocan stadium will host the other semi-final;
-SPAIN: Madrid will most likely host the final with the Bernabéu;
-PORTUGAL: Into the knock-outs, Luz and Dragão will hold 2 of the Round of 16 matches (sorry Sporting fans but i think Alvalade will only host Group Stage matches, also WC Round of 16 matches is still free to use 40k minimum capacity stadiums and 1 in Lisbon - Luz, the bigger one - and 1 in Porto would be the most logical planning);
-PORTUGAL: Luz, again, will host 1 of the Quarter-Finals matches (Luz is the only stadium in Portugal with more of a 60k+ capacity, and WC quarter-finals requirements dictate, at this moment in time, a 60k minimum capacity for stadiums to host it);
-MOROCCO: I dont think they will hold that many stadiums, it will be a more Spain focused World Cup (to the sadness of the insufferable moroccan fans online), but seeing Morocco hosting the 3º Place match wouldn't be a surprise;
i would honestly be very happy with this. Transportation development with Spain is needed and this would give them a boost ! There is plans under-way to modernize portuguese stations and to add high-speed rails from Lisbon-Porto, Porto-Vigo, Lisbon-Madrid and other connections
