So frustrated trying to show service connection for cancer. Cancer takes years to develop into measurable size. UGH.

You mentioned temp 100% for cancer, regardless of type. Does that statement include skin cancer? Thanks.

Im curious too does Skin cancer fail in that Category because I've had skin cancer for forty years now had it before I left service back in 1978 just had 2 removed from my back today and having evasive sqae mis cell removed from my elbow on the 18 of October I've had several claims that should have me 100% heck I've been on 100% Social Security Disability for over 20yrs now . So far all I get is 10% for my tinnitus in my ears . I'm trying to get my rating I creased now maybe they will give a real raise this time or my PTSD might get out of control again. Nobody wants to be around me then I'm learning to control it these days .lol

Temp 100% while you are going through Chemo. For an All up Explanation, you will have to go to the Code of Federal Regulations 38 chapter 4.

Hello, I am a Vietnam Veteran, and I am Type 2 diabetic. My left leg from my knee down my leg and foot, pain, weakness, numbness and tingling. The V.A. gave me all kind of tests MRI, EMG, X-RAY and more I don't remember there name. And they said I have Radiculopathy, abnormal MRI. Do you think I have a secondary claim on Type 2 diabetic? I just sent a claim in for hypertension PACT ACT. Thank you so very much for all you do for us VETS....

When was the last time BVA adjudicated a TDIU claim for a client you represented, and when was that claim first appealed to the BVA? 12mos?, 18mos? 24mos? Longer? Just curious. I clearly understand that my mileage may vary.
