I agree with Isaac that Ben should've been named the starter. He was the only QB with any FBS experience, and shown the capability to win at a high rate. I do disagree with his takes on putting in Johnson on multiple plays and DJ starting. The plays Johnson were in seemed to be designed for him and acted as a Wildcat formation, while DJ seemed to make boneheaded decisions despite all the games he had under his belt. I think the Beavers did well in spite of him since there was a culture established and enough star power to make up for it. Love the podcast, and I like Hodgins being on it. Hope he comes back next year.
