A WASTE OF TIME! Scarlet Lady Transatlantic Sea Day

- Join us for our second full sea day on our Scarlet Lady Transatlantic cruise!
I woke up early to enjoy the pool area before Rachel woke up. Unfortunately, the weather was not the best, so we decided to have a nice breakfast at Razzle Dazzle.
We then headed up to the pool to enjoy some sun and the DJ.
After a long afternoon in the sun, we went to shower and get ready for dinner. Dinner tonight was at Extra Virgin, and it was delicious. After dinner we did a bit of shopping, since we had so much sailor loot. We ended up just booking another excursion for a port day later in the cruise.
Following dinner, we had a few shows we were interested in attending. Unfortunately, we had to wait in line for 45 minutes to get a good seat for the comedy show.
After the shows, we made our way back to the Manor for what we thought would be a quiet night. We met some amazing friends, and of course needed pizza to end our night. The cruise was off to a great start, and we were looking forward to the next 11 nights onboard!

Thanks for your videos - we're doing our first TA in November and it helps to know what to expect. Saw you researching a TA in Oct - there's also one in Nov, Rome to Miami, on Scarlet and she'll be coming out of dry dock. We're looking forward to seeing what's been updated on her.

Virgin has some of the smallest pool areas, definitely not cool. NCL is the best imo. \
We definitely wish they had a bigger pool too!

What's wrong with having a reservation system and a stand by line? Works for Royal Caribbean massive ships. Virgin being a much smaller ship should not have these problems. Also with the reservation system this keeps people from watching the same show multiple times
Right! We hope VV realizes this and brings back reservations. We spent way too much time waiting in lines because of this!

Even with reservations, I missed out some shows because I couldn't get reservations.
Reservations fill up so fast! We often would do the stand-by lines when VV had reservations.

I wondered how the 'no reservations' thing was working. We haven't sailed since that change. Sounds like it isn't working.
