welcome back Wels, it's so nice to have you back and see you play third edition! ❤ here's a couple pointers for this edition, cause it's different from the one you played: - crystals now scale with level, so it's not recommended to mass craft them anymore! - later quests will give you a pouch you can use like danks used to be used in second edition. iskall set up his in his first ep and i recommend looking his filter up cause it will keep your inventory very clean! - loot ornate chests whenever you see them. they contain gear and magnets >:3 - make a vial! there's a quest for it. vanilla potions will anger the vault gods and nerf health regeneration both from the heal skill and potions - vanilla food is fine, but vault sweets (which you get from wooden chests in the vault) eat quicker and give better saturation. you can craft them into blocks and keep them around your base to make sure you're always at max health and saturation before vaults :)
The background Minecraft music got loud enough to make it hard on my auditory issues to understand you when you were explaining vein miner and such. Otherwise so very good to have a Wels episode again!

He’s good to be lost if he doesn’t read it, and then reread it multiple times. The fact he brought up farmer as something you want to spec into early shows he hasn’t watched any VH in a long time.

Before entering next vault, recommended to take some sort of healing, please for the love of Velara(vial is easy one to make). Cz u will take some sort of dmg, either from fall dmg, or mob. Don't worry about Vault Crystal modifier in the early game. Maybe you remembering the VH version 2, but this is VH version 3, n everything almost completely change. The new quest book will help you progressing VH very well... When i watch Etho vid, i see your HP is 0 in the party, i wonder what is happen to u... But after watch yours, no wonder u are so low, you enter crystal ore room undergeared vs vindicator n spider lol... WP tho u survive that...

Im sure you have figured it out already but... Shields, Wands, Idols and Focuses are Off-Hand "Stat Sticks", they dont really do anything except for shields that occasionally auto block.

I'd highly recommend looking at the quest book as a guide on all of the new VH mechanics! The 3rd Edition is very different from previous iterations.
