Does the beige color get yellow strains ? i wanted to buy them beige but I prefer to see finger prints for the black edition than yellow strains. What should i Get ?
Good question. No I haven't noticed any discoloration or even wear on the soft part of the cups. Can't say the same for my XM3s though. Either one you get, you'll have no issues with discoloration or wear.
Guys, please reply. Is this series of headphones updated every year? I mean, the company announced the release of the XM6, or will this happen after several years, because I feel that the noise isolation technology is improving and the XM6 may be much better?

I waited and waited until the wxm5s were on sale. I got them new for 250 at target recently. I will be using these for mowing the lawn and walking. I really liked the wxm4 ear buds but the batteries don’t last any more.

@DanielsTechStudio of course not. I own one pair and love them. Especially the fact that they have more microphones and I can use them for calls as well. They also have so realistic transparency mode. They don't shout they are cool, they just do their job. Thank you for the question and for the review.
Legit haven’t owned a single wireless headphones yet, and tried one on the store. Holy fk it sounded terrible, idk if it needs tuning from the app but it shouldn’t sound that bad out of the box. “Muddy” would be the term I would use to describe it. What a disappointment especially since XM5 is highly regarded as one of if not the best wireless headphones on the market.
@swallowtail7718 By default - yes, they sound not such good. But after the EQ tuning, they sound much better. Also, I want to say about the bass. The bass is worse than in the previous generation, but in my case It's enough for me.
I like you hated the XM4s. I really dig my XM5s. I tune them to sound like my HD600s. It can’t be done with the XM4s.
the xm4 sound terrible out the box but some slight EQ adjustments and running on LDAC they sound fantastic in my opinion but hey it's all subjective
Oh trust me, I did a LOT of EQ adjustments and could never find the right one. But of course, to each their own

You literally lift them up from the case and put them on, it's not hard to get it right.
“Industry leading” is just the anc tech, not the sound. For the sound quality, Sennhaiser momentum 4 and focal bathys are far better

I wish people would stop bringing up the Focal Baths when they are more than double the price of these mainstream headphones , there are also multiple thousand dollar headphones better than the Baths but you gotta draw the line somewhere
