I have the 4.0t in my a8l and love it, with upgraded rs7 + turbos and a stage 2 tune I'm at almost 750hp you will love this platform!
So far I'm liking this car better than the 63's. Nice choice to change things up.
SUPER excited for this build! I am sure some of your audience isn't going to like it as much but for the 50ish thousand you spent, you get a lot of car. With a tune, exhaust, new wheels and what not, this thing is going to be mean! Something different on the channel is a good idea. Congrats!

great choice, I sold my 2015 rs7 dynamic and after a few years of missing it, I picked up a bad ass 2018 rs7 performance!! full sport seats, loaded up! 605hp, u will deff have fun with this car. my buddy actually purchased my other rs7 and he still has it. it was previously eddie x's friends rs7. amazing sedan/hatch.

Exhaust 1st, wheels and tyres 2nd (for max dyno grip), tune 3rd, wrap last - fluorescent lime green with mat black trim and wheels.
Nice! Looks like Mike keeps trading down in cars. Ferrari --> R8 --> RS7. I don't mind at all. Probably makes it easier to run the channel when you don't drive cars that depreciate just as much.

The only RS product I ever owned was a 2017 Audi RS3 with the DSG dual clutch and like a fast rocket!!!! Audi vehicles are so fun. They can be sporty, and comfortable when you want it too. I sold it once I reached 75,000 miles because I was scared and didn’t know how long Audi vehicles can go without any major issues.

Sick! I Love my A5 sportback S Line. It's super comfortable and spacious inside, fast and great fuel economy too. I have a tune and some bolt on mods done to it and its making like 335 hp and 420 ft lbs of tq and I still get 38 to sometimes 40 mpg when driving chill on some drives I regularly make, and I average about 31 the last 5000 miles. Pretty awesome! Already put 20K miles on it since January and no maintenance other than oil and the mods I did too.

RS7 is a killer car, underrated IMO. Tune it, Exhaust, new wheels NO BLACK Wheels please. I would wrap it in Pearl White or Miami Blue with Silver Polished wheels this would set off everything. Have fun with it.
I was in Malaga in 2019 and went for a walk on the promenade one day and was listening to music when I felt a rumble. An RS7 cruised past. Blacked out. Looked class.
While you doing the exaust, do the flex pipes. I can hear your car rattles like mine did before. Will sound soo much better after replacing the flex pipes

The C8 Z06 is gonna go down as one of the most important American performance cars every along w/ AC Shelby cobra, Ford GT, Dodge Viper ACR etc

Watchs out for turbo oil screens! They will block oil flow to the turbos, check rich rebuilds
There is now a oil strainer recall and extended turbo warranty.

As much as as I too like the C63, I would guess many of us are happy you've gone for something different - just for fresh content if nothing else!!
if you decide to tune your Audi I suggest you get the APR tune. I have a stage one APR tune on my VW Passat and I love it.
B&O make the best stereos for cars period. I’ve either had in my own car or listened to enough in cars: B&O, Sony, Bose, Beats, Fender, Harman Kardon, Kicker, and Alpine. B&O blows them all away imo.

I would try and source newer RS7 stock wheels they look great.
got to tune it DS1 is the right choice don't go apr you will regret it. I have not found an exhaust I like that makes any difference 034 motorsports replacement x pipe gets the sound by replacing the center suitcase muffler, downpipes are the only thing that helps performance wise in the exhaust. If you want it really loud just lose the rear mufflers. 034 also makes a set of links that allow you to lower it on the stock air suspension or TKG makes a box that allows you to lay it out completely at the push of a button. Silly rabbit motorsport intakes are a must and liven the car up a ton. Maxton makes some nice easy to install aero. etc etc
I bought my first audi 2 months ago. A 2017 a7 very happy with it as a family car. Looks Great too. Its 1.8 turbo so that power ful. But its gets 50mpg. And this crazy days. It okey. But i got the sport seats! 🤣And yeah facelift!

Killer car! You will enjoy it for sure! I owned a 2015 myself and the car is indeed the whole package. Basically intake tune on 100 octane was running 10.50s.
GREAT choice! RS7s are great. Those comfort seats are much better than the standard seats. Comfort for days.

Super nice car! I had the Audi A6 with the 3.0l supercharged V6, brings me back bec your interior in the RS7 is the same as what I had in my A6, had the hide away screen and everything. You will not be disappointed, especially in the winter time! Quattro is King!

Audi are fitted with DSG/DCT S Tronic Trans. Would be nice to have the Dynamic Edition With all the suited carbon pieces, red Calipers and diamond stitch seat
U bought well..the interior is better quality than the new rs7.....and the silver carbon fibre inside is called the aluminum race pack (Here in uk) its much better than the other option of piano black...which gets scratched to hell....you also got the sunroof and the pop up screen that u can get rid of when u dont need it.
I'm so glad you didn't get another C63, your channel would have died. I actually love Audi so I am excited about this.
These RS engines really suffer from heat soak, especially when tuned which dramatically reduces the performance and can even force safe modes when stepped on for a while. I would highly recommend you upgrade the cooling and intake temps before you start chasing big numbers Mike.

I love the RS7. Wouldnt mind owning oneday myself. My friend owned a 2016 RS7 and tuned it to 640hp and it'd smoke just about every car that challenged it except for our other friends tunes S8 which had so major upgrades to the tune of about 800hp.

Git rid of the chrome trim around the windows, it ages the car by 10 years (in my opinion). Sweet ride that will look even sweeter with some customization!

Make sure you have the dealer do the turbo oil strainer recall before you tune it!! This includes inspecting the turbos for shaft play and replacement if they have excess play. Also if you tune it you will void the 10 year/120k turbo extended warranty.

You lose the heated steering wheel if you go to the flat bottom wheel, just a heads up. Car is awesome though congrats, the 4.0T is a fun engine.
