'The Sober Mountain' || RYAN SCHMALZ

My name is Ryan Schmalz and I have faced alcohol addiction from a young age of 14.
After experiencing constant hangxiety and shame in my late 20s, I made a firm decision to quit drinking for good.
It wasn't an easy journey, as it took me multiple attempts to become sober. However, something finally clicked when I realized that I wanted to quit drinking more than anything else in the world.
Now, I aim to motivate and encourage those who are sober curious or trying to overcome addiction.
While I am willing to help anyone who is seeking sobriety, I am particularly passionate about assisting people in their 20s and 30s.
Unfortunately, our society often glorifies drinking as a symbol of coolness and sexiness.
However, my own experiences have taught me that it does the opposite.Choosing to be sober at a younger age has opened up numerous personal, professional, and spiritual opportunities for me.
My goal is to help people see that on the other side of addiction and alcoholism is where your true, most authentic self lies.
I hope to create a community where everyone can share their sober journey and inspire others to continue on their path towards sobriety.
