Yes I agree it is not ideal, it was the only effective way I could find to offer these meditations for free. Have tried to find a way that people can access this without the ads. There are 2 ways that I know of. Either subscribe to youtube or I think you can upload the audio. You are welcome do this. Thank you for your comment. I appreciate it. Hugh
