Just want to inform you fine people, that Indonesia's foreign land ownership is pretty strict...meaning no foreigners can actually own lands/property. the only option is to pay some local to own the property by name only or marry a local and use their name on the certificate. Bali is In Indonesia just in case you didn't know. so....

The building size of this house is around 400 to 600 sqm. It's a spacious house with plenty of room for all your needs. Hope this helps! 🤍

Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, we don't have the exact color code for the main living room as it was custom mixed by a professional painter to achieve the desired look. However, you can bring a sample of the color to a paint store and they can match it for you. Hope this helps!
