@@ParieNikkaPhotography Stockholm -Oslo is about 500 km and this trip (Gävle-Östersund) is about 400 km so I don’t think it’s that much of a distance? Regards from south Sweden
Jag hae sett många "rågfilmer", men d en här är nog min favorit. Man skulle bara önskat att man dessutom fått se en bild på loket/tåget. Samt lite mer info.
@DumZee It´s insects that fly into the train, flies, wasps, etc, etc. There are many insects in the summer and some are large and you can hear/see them when they collide with the window. On the summer the front of the locos are more or less covered by dead insects.

Yes it is, the Rc6 have been in traffic since the 80's and it's predecessors was introduced in the late 60's. So a proven concept :)

There can be lots of snow and cold indeed but nothing compared to the most northern parts of Sweden

That's a good one ,but doesn't have that electric motor spin up that sounds like a jet turbine , like some of your other locomotives@@SwedishRailcam

The route Stockholm-Falun (Dalabanan) is said to be one of the more beautiful routes. Malmbanan is the most beautiful on our channel in my opinion :)
