Is it okay to use these Soul Acapellas completely royal free? Without even asking them etc.? I know - its just a tiny sample we cut out but when it comes down to sending the track out / releasing it - would it be okay to use it?
For the Yazzo record, you need to check out Try Yaz from 2 with out hats. And for the riser and horns, you need to check out Todd Terry - Royal House can you party 🎉 . This came out in the late 88-90’s. And I’m hot for you is Barbra Tucker and Willy Ninja 🥷. However you have some good stuff

Thats totally what I do as well! Il throw down a sample or loop for place holders and idea seeds. Then once i get rolling, il remake it with my drumkit/samples/synths and change it to my own style. Such a great help!

I'm not an enormous fan of house music, but when it's made well I f*ck with it, especially Space Laces and his works. I myself have recently been making some progressive house numbers, and I've been thinking about making some more bass house songs, because if I'm not a fan of it, why not fix what I don't like about the genre and make cool songs out of that?
