Gogeta can use his taunt to build up levels. Normally these leves add bonus damage to his regular supers but when he reaches level 7 (aka max level) he gets access to another super that is an instant kill pretty much as it deals damage about double the health of a character.

it's 6H into 3H it's not that hard
After doing 6H, you can either do another 6H to do the overhead kick, or 3H to do that sweeping kick. So 6H 3H :)
Since you probably never read his moveset, just move your stick/dpad diagonal down in whatever direction your faving after doing a forward (6)H
