RECIPE FOR COOKIES
100g butter, softened
100g brown sugar, softened
1 tbsp golden syrup
150g self raising flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
50g chocolate chips (I use much more then this 😅)
Preheat the oven to 170’C/160’C fan/Gas mark 3
Beat the butter, sugar and syrup together until soft and creamy
Mix in the flour, vanilla extract and add the chocolate chips
Divide the mixture into about 15 pieces and roll into balls using your hands
Place well apart on greased baking sheets - do not flatten them
Bake for about 10 minutes until a pale golden colour

I'm a single mom and I have children at home and children that have there own house and I have two beautiful grandsons , I try my best and as long as there is love respect and routine and laughter,that's all we need ❤ Your a fab mom and you should be proud of yourself xxx
I am exactly the same, I have a licence but don't drive. Walking when the weather is good, is great, better than being stuck in a car. x
Hello Carly, I love your videos! I had my driver's license years ago . I nearly got hit by a crazy driver ,never drove again . I love walking ,catching transport. Its so much cheaper not having a car to worry about ,the cost is so expensive to have a car . You are lovely,you will find someone nice one day . Take care xo💕🌞

Upon this video I am knocked out by the fact you have 3 children and when you said you were 35 I had to pause !! There is nothing wrong with being on own. I get asked all the time but at the moment i am enjoying being me and having time for the kids and much needed me time. I have had time to grow on my own and focus on the things I didn't do in my 20s, 30s

Great video, I brought my children up on my own too, I loved the experience,I agree about being the bigger person , the children have to feel you can get on, even though sometimes it doesn’t feel that way inside, children are very good at taking g advantage of inconsistencies , it doesn’t matter if there are different parenting styles, even though it can be annoying, as long as they know you are both in agreement on the important things, like you mentioned …behaviour etc. as it is July now when I am writing this, I am wondering if mr perfect came along ha ha :)
Yes I agree the ugliest comment I seen was this morning. A lady wished someone would put a hit on Prince Harry’s life ! I was absolutely appalled I just had to comment to her . I love watching you your so relatable .

Same with my driving licence, got it at 18 I am 25 now have driven like 10 times at the beginning but I much prefer bus & train, driving get's a No from me lol

With regards to center parcs I used to take my kids in the summer holidays we always booked that very last week of there summer break it was always much cheaper than the rest of summer ❤

Ok so, your cookies looked immense so I have just tried to copy the recipe. But I couldn’t make mine into balls as no matter what I did, the mixture wouldn’t stick together!!! Ended up having to add a little egg after all. But yours looked so much better!! Don’t know why?! Anyway, hoping they come out of oven ok 😂
