Dry and wet cleaning both are different cleaning process.if a floor is wet then you have required to remove the paper bag and apply a water or moisture foam on its motor side which is provided in the box.
For dry cleaning you will required paper dust bag.

I bought this from Flipkart. So I do not have a customer ID or registered phone number with Eureka Forbes yet. How do I find the serial number and model number of my product? Nothing on the invoice.
I don't understand your concern bro.its not required.all the warranty provides by the company on the flipkart invoice from the date of purchase.
@@Gtfuturetechnology there is legitimate concern because Eureka Forbes asks me for customer ID and/or registered phone number with them whenever I try to seek service or make an inquiry. Moreover, if I need to apply for extended warranty I need the product serial and/or model number, which isn't clearly stated on the third-party invoice. On the product, I only see an Sap code (14-character alphanumeric key, on the other sticker just below the top handle that is not discussed in this video) and a 16-digit number below the barcode there. The invoice only shows the FSN and HSN.

It depends upon seller to seller .this price difference is due to seller policy nothing else.
Both models are different...Ultimo is best because it has an auto wire retractable facility and for dry vacuum there is a net fabric filter which is very durable in this vacuum cleaner has a paper filter which is delicate and it may have the chance to burst...i have bought ultimo earlier it is very easy to use..it has one the most usp which i liked that auto wire retractable button just push it and wire gets retract very fast..amazing! But i bought this model recently and i got confused about how to fix the paper filter and sponge filter ..thanks for showing the paper filter demo..as there is no information in manual also for the sponge filter..can u tell me how the sponge filter can be fixed for wet cleaning? First of all it doest not required cleaning because it has more storage capacity.but if you need to clean then you can disengaged it from the steel container and empty it from the connector side hole .but I will prefer you buy the new paper bag which is around 60 to 100 rs approx .

Actually thats the problem of earthing if your house is not property Earthed then you have faced such type of issues.i will suggest you always wear dry slippers before using any electrical equipment.
Second reason is any loose wire or problem in insulation of motor

If outside temperature is high then you feel such type of problems and also vaccum cleaner is not meant for continuous usage it needs break for sometime.the actual run time of vaccum cleaner is about 10 to 15 minutes after that it will throw hot air as a result of motor temperature rise .it's not a serious issue it happens in all vaccum cleaners.
