The first guy did a lot of big commercial projects, so why he became a residential home inspector I'm not sure. Should of thrown a red flag, the second guy was someone that the relator recommended, and honestly I shouldn't of used someone that could of had conflict of interest in mind. That's why for now on I'm going to use just my connections and hire the professions that I already use to do the home inspections and then I'll also have the quotes on the work that needs to be completed.
@jacksbusinesstalk yeah that can make sense. But a good home inspector can make or break the purchase. But even some of those can't or don't do things like scoping the plumbing and such.
@@joshb8105 Yes I agree, that's why I want to start using professionals. Call the plumber to scope the lines and give there overall opinion about the system, my one friend is an electrician and can do the same with that. Then another friend of mine is a roofer so that's covered. I'm really just looking for one last person that can look at everything else.
that actually makes a lot of sense. inspectors are limited in scope, more like general contractors. i've had problems as well. thanks
Thank you, I'm glad you found this useful.
Eyes on the road😂
It's dangerous driving in the living room. Have to keep an eye out for crying cats. Lol
Sounds like you need Cy!
Cy?
Sounds like you have been hiring crappy inspectors.

Inspectors have a disclaimer releasing them from liability that is longer than their actual report! They are completely useless!
Ya, I forgot to mention that in the video.
