I absolutely loved Bruges. The vegan food was amazing. I always research before hand so I have an idea of where to go. We found that dinner in Bruges nearly always has to be booked as they normally just do one sitting and people stay in the restaurant for drinks until late rather than going to bars.

If you’re still in Belgium it might be worth going to Leuven. It looks really nice during the winter with a christmas market and a ferris wheel! Also some great vegan places to eat at xx
