Garona didnt really betrayed the king because she did told the queen about orc custom of killing the enemy's leader grants her a great honor. if she didnt do it, Blackhand wouldve had that honor which would basically mean she didnt go through with what the king hope her to do. the king and lothar knew she done it out of necessity
