Only in this game and only when you have the update for it. It's a free update that's part of one of the minor updates. It works for scorpions too. Honestly I think it sucks because it spoils you for if you decide to play the older games. It also makes it so that you'll never have them as an obstacle. It's good only if you hate surprise attacks or have a fear of either one. I still feel like it makes it less fun though.
God the part with Chow and the bamboo island is fricken relatable I laughed so hard!! I probably would have invited him to my island since he was one of my firsts in the Gamecube and the one I got along with the best... and he's my favorite underrated villager. But yeah I TOO have chopped down ALL the bamboo trees to get bamboo and the sprouts. Hahahaha!! Also love the Barold part.
I’m still looking for Marlos, I don’t have online subscription so I can’t invite him from other islands. I wish everyone luck on finding their favorite villagers!

Same but with Roscoe but the process was taking to long and repetitive that i fell asleep so I settled on Drago since moved from my acnl town Also I wanted Chow qwq He was supposed to be my other character's ummm interest back in acnl and I made them close friends but he moved too the last time I came back to the game few years ago after a long break from it
I feel so bad for all the villagers that she came across. Just because they don't look beautiful. I think they're special in their own way even if they do look kind of weird or ugly. She goes and takes the crops and then she literally hits one of them with a net just because he doesn't look cute. I know it's just a game and everyone can have their likes and dislikes I just feel sad for the villagers.
Villager hunting can be pretty painful specially when your target is a cat. Running out of tickets and having to grind for more while constantly turning back the clock to prevent an auto fill doesn’t help. And let’s not forget the move in queue. I’ll find you someday Ankha. I promise.
