I love this video. I have a two year old boy that is just as difficult on vacations. My kids all have very different tastes and we are vegetarian so I always struggle to find something that will make them all happy. I would love some more snacks and meals for the littles.
It is not only the littles. Mine ist 16!🙄 Fruit? Apples and bananas only! Snacks? Organic Lemon Cookies in White chocolate, Organic Gingernuts in Dark Chocolate and these crisps in a tube🫣
I never cook in plastic anymore..ever... was on vacation with my inlaws once and mil is like ummm that's plastic... i was like yup... this is my vacation too! So 3 or 4 days a year...im at peace with it! ❤

I do my husband’s breakfast quesadillas similarly by assembling half and folding over. I find they don’t loose as much filling. He likes mozzarella, eggs, bacon, pineapple, and pickled jalapeños. I sauté them, cut in half, then freeze. He either microwaves them or heats them in the oven.
