When I started liking BTS it was the first time artists meant so much to me, which to be honest kinda scared me. Maybe it could help you, just playing Singularity, Scenery and Winter Bear on repeat. All three songs are just so calm and idk, I just think that there is something naturally soothing about Tae's voice.
