@@jodypschaeffer I think the Ogres GOT a huge boost with the Star players. Scrappa for the Ogres all the way Kick and Throw him with the ball Spd 10 yes sir.. Cindy to throw bombs for 180k that great. The Bacon could just carrier the ball since he is Str 3.
I just bought the book and it is a little thin but not too bad. As for Scrappa having Stunty it doesn't apply completely. Stunty rules state Pogos, Chainsaws and Bombardiers can't ignore tackle zones like other stunties they just use the different casualty table so not quite as good. He does have Pogo though which helps!
Do you think GW will release these Star Player rules for free online once they have minis? They’ve done so for all the latest Star Players from Spikes…
Yeah this is what I was wondering plus knowing Forge World we'll have to wait months or maybe a year before the minis Though I know most will probably go 3rd party
Those Nobbla and Scrappa models are very close to the originals; so close I had to go and check they weren't. Not sure I'd buy them as I have the metal originals. They are better .. but not at Forgeworld prices .. unless a cheap pair in one box.
Hey Ben, u as someone, who already played Chaos Renegades in BB3 don't u think, a Renegades team 3 Lineman, all positionals, + any combination of big guys, which contains a troll and 3 RR would be a nice 1250k tournament team, because u could still add Blifort as a 4th big guy?
See as much I was saying to myself the new Blood/Dungeon Bowl stuff has no interest for me I have enough teams to finish I already have the Spikes I'm only paying 30 something quid for a hard back and new star player rules! The temptation for the new star player rules is growing stronger and then you tease me !!
I'll have to disagree strongly with on in regards to supporting Games Workshop and Blood Bowl. Yes, do support them. But be aware that by buying all of these books, you encourage them to keep splitting their rules into tiny bits and asking a minor fortune for every bit. There was a time when Blood Bowl was the core rules and Death Zone. Heck! There was a time when Blood Bowl was a living rulebook, lovingly maintained by fans and offered free of charge to anyone who wanted to play. If you've bought every book and magazine released since Games Workshop re-released the game, how much money have you spent now?
Now you have me wanted to get all the Almanacs!
Bilerot Vomitflesh's ability is not that bad: it is cagebusting: if you push away a screen, you can vomit on the ball.
I love the glasses on Ripper. Hope that the mini will have them as well
You can see a lot of nods to the old 3rd edition versions of Nobbla and Scrappa in those new models
Skrorg might not be great but he has the best mini in the game, bar none. There are some that come close, but he's the clear winner.
And doing a little math, Scrappa feels like just the sort of player Blorcs have been waiting for, up to and including Dirty Player.
He only has older mini doesn't he!? Angry troll fist and helmet?.....unless I've missed something!
@@JackRabbit002 Skorg is the Norse Yeti with the fancy hairdo.

I'm thinking since spike 15 was delayed a 3rd spike was planned as a star player spike but was added here with all the fluff bits removed
Wonder if Scrappa and Nobbla will be coming as a pair, like Fungus and Bomber did
Scrappa has right stuff? So you can throw him but not a regular pogoer?
Hey Ben!
What’s up with the Print to Pitch series? Will it continue?
Awesome video by the way!😍
So can you use scrappa’s special ability to intercept a bomb on a 2+?
Suppose it’s a pass action so no… 😢

Every time you say Voltron, I can't help but think of Mitchel & Webb's 'Vectron'. ruclips.net/video/icTrzUuWlHI/видео.html
For Vectron!!! 😂😂😂
