I think the groups with less changes are those who were given with an strong and well defined concept since beginning, by their companies or creatives. And the concepts that work usually refers to universal and simple things, things we audience can feel connected to. I think the most popular are: being positive, cheerful, strong/fierce. And groups like SNSD, KARA and 2ne1, respectively, have managed those concepts the best, so that's why they're the top groups currently.
I think A-Pink still remained as adorable & innocent all the time although sometimes their dance move may not be that 'immature'. For AOA, it doesn't seem that they have changed their concept, they're mostly using sexy concept and all. For 2NE1, they didn't change a lot but their songs are still hot favourites. 2NE1 FIGHTING! APINK FIGHTING! AOA FIGHTING!

I cry everytime I listen to Into The New World. I remember the day they released this video, it took about a year to be uploaded on YT. I'm getting old, definetly.
2018 and I'm here. Somehow, i think i wanna stay in this reality where these older groups haven't disbanded. Seeing groups like 4minute, sistar, 2NE1, Wondergirls, KARA, Evol, glam and so many great groups disband really hurt my heart. You don't know how it feels like when your bias died in a car accident, seeing the other members that survived crying really hard at the funerals. And you as a fan, hoping that the survivors will keep on to stay strong, watch their song " I'm fine, thank you" while tears are running down your cheeks. Perhaps some of you may say, " Come on, there are so many new girl groups that have outstanding talent " (( because i have friends that told me this thing )). Girl, I dont deny that we have so much new talents BUT no one/nothing can ever replace the GOOD OLD TIMES :))))))

EvoL needs to comeback 😭😭 I ❤️ them. They had their fan meeting in malaysia last year. I went to their fan meeting. They were so friendly and their voices were really nice. I thought they will do their comeback but until now no news about them. I'm really waiting for their comeback.
Well the winner hands down would be Hello Venus....if their latest comeback counted! STicky Sticky. Fiestar followed the same path as HV so they've changed a lot too. 2ne1 and Sistar haven't changed....all their songs sound the same and they do the same type videos.
It's just my thought, but once SNSD disbands, they should do a live televised concert. And the end do a ballad of into the new new world or do the original. My opinion
So far the strongest debut is 2NE1 for the category of Female Groups. 2NE1 never failed to make their fans more proud even tho they did undergone genre changes for every of their comebacks, AFTERSCHOOL is very commendable as well. From schoolgirls to drums to pole dancing, they did maximize their ability to explore different changes with their choreo and music. I really love how these ladies changes from comebeck after comeback but i really can't deny the fact that i miss the old days, or should i say the GOLDEN ERA/ GLORY DAYS of kpop. (fr 2008-2010)
