I love your food. May I recommend you find sometime with Bogs Kitchen, so you mimic his way of preparing ample sauce that gives white rice flavorfully topped. Magaling din siya katulad mo. Suggestion ko lang ma'am Joy sa java rice mo: dice carrots and dice capsicum green and red. And of course, saute it first in unsalted butter. Put some salt to taste.

Here is my version of Java Rice: 5 cups of rice (cooked) 2 tbsp of cooking oil 1/2 cup of butter 2 tsps chopped red bell pepper 2 tsps chopped green bell pepper 2 tbsps minced onion 1/4 tsp crushed garlic 3 whole eggs 4 tbsp white sugar 1/4 to 1/2 tsp ground pepper 1/4 cup of banana catsup 1 tbsp atsuete seeds 1 cube Knorr chicken 2 tbsp salt Heat pan. Add suete seeds with frying oil. When seeds become black, remove. Add butter. Sautee onions, garlic, catsup and the rest. Stir in rice. ENJOY! (While writing this, I thought and wondered ...why not cooked the rice with the sauteed ingredients. But, occasionally stir at the start.) Serve steaming hot. Good luck. I enjoy watching Miss Joy's videos. I don't skip the ad. Miss Joy may have a different recipe, but, I am sure she would have shared it except that she is very busy and it is quite a long recipe. I, too, have a RUclips channel on pattern making. I just wish my viewers do not skip the ad too. I employ two assistants. One as my clothes construction Assistant (sewing) and the other as my I. T.
