Hello ididjaustralia, hello Guan. Your Videos and the spirit within are an important guidance and inspiration for me. In fact my life would be a different one without them... poorer. I could write much more, but I think you get my idea without many more words. So... thank you! Very well done, Guan.
how fascinating is the music of the world, may be this instrument is very strange to me, but when I learn about the history and story of nations music, I listen to then interestingly. thank you coursera!

thank you, will pass on message. is there much interest in Israel in yirdaki and Aboriginal culture? Take care buddy.
Yeah there are techniques for center blown sounds and side blown sounds. And like the host said, a lot of it has to do with the instrument itself.
noticed he plays a little off centre - does that help make those beutiful sounds? his sound is awesome, seems really layered or something
It is partly technique and partly the instrument itself.
This would make one hell of a weed pipe (peace pipe).
I want one video where you don't sound like you're just 'going through the motions'.
"Simple"? I guess your anthropology knowledge isn't very good.
